PAYMENT METHODS

Secure Payments

Payments are processed through secure payment services available through our checkout.

Little Starling does not need to receive or store your full payment card details in order to process your purchase.

For your security, please never send your full card details, passwords or other sensitive payment information to us by email, contact form or social media.

Gift Cards

Little Starling Gift Cards can be redeemed during checkout where applicable.

To use a gift card, select “Redeem a gift card” during checkout and enter the required gift card details.

If the value of your gift card does not cover the full cost of your order, you may be asked to pay the remaining balance using another available payment method.

Gift cards are subject to any applicable terms provided when they are purchased or issued.

Promotional Codes

Where available, promotional or discount codes can be entered during checkout by selecting “Enter a promo code”.

Any applicable conditions, expiry dates, minimum order values or product exclusions will be communicated as part of the relevant promotion.

Payment Issues

If your payment is declined or you experience a problem during checkout, please check that your payment information has been entered correctly and that the selected payment method is currently supported.

A payment may also be declined by your bank or payment provider for reasons outside Little Starling's control.
