7. Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

If you believe a product purchased from Little Starling may present a safety concern, please stop using the product where appropriate and contact us so that we can investigate.
10. Gift Cards and Promotional Codes
Where available, gift cards and promotional codes may be redeemed in accordance with the terms applicable to the relevant gift card, promotion or offer.
Promotional codes cannot normally be exchanged for cash and may be subject to expiry dates, minimum order values, product exclusions or other conditions communicated as part of the promotion.
Only one or a limited number of promotional codes may be accepted per order where specified.
